Sentimental race day and sentimental race. Well Rounded taking out the Matriarch Stakes in 2010 gave me my biggest collect to date and a great night. Followed by Paddy O’Reilly hanging on for 3rd in this race, to deliver a trifecta in 2011 that sent us into Tuesday. Malaguera and Lord Aspen delivering our syndicate a quaddie to the value of a small island in 2016. I could go on. Very tough day of racing, and a the data has the Queen Elizabeth as a wide open affair but at least with some data quality. No real speed in the race, and not a heap of these horses have traveled a Flemington 2600. Still reckon they will come from wide. Data is giving us a message here to shoot for a multiple without the red hot favourite, which only a punter should. Going the value runners in Gaelic Chieftain, Ventura Storm, Carif and Maurus to punch out a time. Really like the look of Gaelic Chieftain.
