Quality 1200m for the 3yos on a hot day at the Valley, and interested to see how some of the younger horses handle the early pace. Really think that Jockey have a big part to play in races like these, with small fields and a frantic start. Liking the look of the two more experienced hoops in Oliver and Currie and their horses to respond the best in transit. Really like the look of Ilovethegame and Deep Speed in this race. Ilovethegame looks to be on pace from the inside draw and let others cross him to sit just behind it. Deep Speed might just be too fast if he can cross early, and might just be a different class. But Ilovethegame looks the value to be a very decent chance in this race. Good luck.
